THE EARLY YEARS.

  I am a native Ohioan   I was born and raised in eastern Ohio - in Steubenville.  And unlike at least one elected official, I have a certified copy of my birth certificate, and I am proud to display it to anyone who cares to see it.

    I attended the Indian Creek School system graduating from Wintersville High School in 1972.   

    I attended Ohio State, graduating in 1976 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration - majoring in accounting.

     In 1981, I enrolled in,and in 1984 graduated from, Capital Law School.

      Except for a short stint when I returned to the Ohio Valley in the late 70's, I have been a resident of central Ohio since migrating here in 1972.

    In 1995, I married my wife, we moved to Delaware County, and we have been residents ever since.

For the past 25 years, I have been a practicing attorney in central Ohio.   I represent individuals and businesses.   With respect to individuals, my practice ranges from estate planning to probate to real estate to divorce.   With respect to businesses, my practice ranges from starting businesses to dissolving businesses to employment issues to general business litigation.
